These terms apply to purchases from choicequest.pro. By placing an order you agree to our payment, delivery and returns terms below. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers have guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, damaged or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy including repair, replacement or refund.
Our voluntary return window: 30 days for change of mind returns (subject to item's condition and postage costs). Faulty items reported within a reasonable time will be assessed and remedied in line with ACL.
